Rejected Photo Submission

Hello,
My shot got rejected and i could not understand the reason.

It would help if there are some guidelines for upload and possible ground rules for rejection. (which I could not find).
it looks like discouragement for new submissions, just my thought!

If you scroll down on the main page there is some direction provided. If you want critique there’s a thread just for that.
