Crossing this small burn in Gleann an t-Slugain, I just had to get off the bike to get a shot of it's natural beauty.

Went pass this intersection and it just caught my eye... I'm still looking at it and can't tell if it's only because of the yellow trees or because it was just pretty symmetrical, but I like what came out (well, obviously after a bunch of attempts and a taxi that decided to sit right in front of me for 10 long minutes).

Perhaps I am a bear, or some hibernating animal underneath, for the instinct to be half asleep all winter is so strong in me.

Taken in downtown Chicago on a very cold night shoot back in the middle of winter. I had a hard time getting this building and road framed properly because the road is actually slightly sloped but the building is not, so now matter how I framed it either the building looked crooked or the road looked bad.

I really recommend pressing L or clicking on the image to view large on black.
