manifestazioni palio dei 10 comuni MONTAGANANA Il Palio dei 10 Comuni del Montagnanese, comunemente detto Palio di Montagnana, è una manifestazione rievocativa della liberazione della città dal tiranno Ezzelino III da Romano. Dal 1977 la manifestazione si tiene annualmente la prima domenica del mese di settembre rinnovando un'antica tradizione medioevale. La corsa prevede due batterie e una finale, su cavalli montati a pelo di bove dai fantini. Il Giuramento dei Capitani è l'evento che dà inizio al Palio e si tiene circa un mese prima. In concomitanza con la corsa, Montagnana è immersa nel clima medioevale con diverse attività: la Sfilata Storica per le vie cittadine, la Tenzone degli arcieri e dei musici e sbandieratori oltre al suggestivo incendio della Rocca che si tiene la sera precedente la corsaThe Palio of the 10 municipalities of the Montagnana, commonly called Palio of Montagnana, is an event reminiscent of the liberation of the city from the tyrant Ezzelino III da Romano. Каза́нский кафедра́льный собо́р (Собор Казанской иконы Божией Матери) — один из крупнейших храмов Санкт-Петербурга. Построен на Невском проспекте в 1801—1811 годах архитектором Андреем Воронихиным для хранения чтимого списка чудотворной иконы Божией Матери Казанской. После Отечественной войны 1812 года приобрёл значение памятника русской воинской славы. В 1813 году здесь был похоронен полководец Михаил Илларионович Кутузов и помещены ключи от взятых городов и другие военные трофеи.
В 1932 году превращён в Музей истории религии и атеизма. С 1991 года — действующий храм, несколько лет сосуществовавший с экспозицией музея. С 2000 года — кафедральный собор Санкт-Петербургской епархии Русской православной церкви. Настоятель — протоиерей Павел Красноцветов.
Собор дал название Казанской улице, Казанскому острову в дельте Невы и Казанскому мосту на пересечении Невского проспекта и канала Грибоедова.

Ab 1. Oktober haben die Vierbeiner den Strand wieder erobert, vereinzelnd sieht man noch ein paar mutige Schwimmer ins Wasser steigen, aber die Sommersaison 2017 ist definitiv vorbei! Freuen wir uns auf einen goldenen Herbst :-))

St.Petersburg : Church of the Resurrection .
Italiano : Negli anni 30 deli' 800' sorse in Russia lo stile architettonico " Neo Russo " che si rifà allo stile classico Ortodosso di S.Basilio ,vero simbolo dell'architettura nazionale . La chiesa della Resurrezione ,che si rifà a questo stile ,ha una superficie di 1642 metri quadri e un'altezza di 81 m . E' a 5 cupole con il campanile affiancato ,sormontato da una cupola dorata. L'insieme è molto curioso per la forma e per i rivestimenti multicolori .Di una importanza notevole sono i 308 mosaici su una superficie di 6500 metri quadri di rivestimento . Non esiste un altro monumento che abbia qualcosa di simile . Progettata dall'arch. A.A.Parland e dallll'archimandrita Ignatij ( I.V.Malishev ) 1883-1907 .
English : In the 1830 ,the " Neo Russo " architectural style revived in Russia ,with is based on the classical Orthodox style of St.Basilio ,a true symbol of national architecture . The Resurrection church ,with is based on this style ,has an area of 1642 square meters and hight 81 m. It is 5 domes with the flanked bell tower overlaid by a golden dome . The set is very curious for the shape and for the multicoloured coaling . Of a remarkable importance are the 308 mosaics on an area of 6500 square meters of covering .There is no other monument that has something like that . Designed by architect A.A.Parland and archimandrite Ignatij ( I.V.Malishev ) 1883-1907 .

Looking out of the window trying to know what's happening outside, or just want to lost in thoughts

After closing the tram network in the mid-1960s, the people of Istanbul thought this old fashioned method of smooth city traveling had been removed, and transport within the city would move faster than before, but this proved false some years later. The uncontrolled increase of petrol vehicles such as buses, taxis, and private cars started choking the streets of Istanbul.
Around 1990, the Istiklal Caddesi became a pedestrian zone, and the tram was restored and revived in 1990, in the form of the Taksim-Tünel Nostalgia Tramway. After a 24-year absence, trams returned to Istanbul. The length of the line is 1.64 kilometers
Looking in the deepness of the eyes of this ageless Sadhu, I can perceive everuthing which has bewitched me of India, wisdom, sadness, life, death, richness, poverty, story, courage, tradition and the people. India is an ancient and strange place, difficult to understand and to know, but easy to love.
This is image 75/75 from my trip to India. A wonderful place be sure it won't be my last images from here. Thanks for everyone appreciating my work, my trip, my way of seeing things and of course the people I met.
